weekend workshop with nancy gilgoff

nancy is director of the house of zen and yoga on maui and has been practising ashtanga for over 30 years with sri k pattabhi jois. she is the first western women to be taught ashtanga yoga. as a result of her close association with jois, she is able to teach in a style and touch that was transmitted by guruji. nancy is also a student of baba hari das and various other iyengar teachers.

she travels extensively in europe, the us, japan and india sharing her experience of yoga. Nancy's key message is that this style of yoga works best when it is strictly followed in its original form and she continues to teach as she was taught.
